mapping lot [00:03:32] um just south of the of the area that it [00:03:34] was proposed originally and they are [00:03:36] currently doing a [00:03:39] assessment on the property to make sure [00:03:41] that it meets all of the requirements [00:03:43] for USDA [00:03:45] and we are also working on the easement [00:03:48] with the land trust right now [00:03:50] simultaneously so we don't fall back in [00:03:53] any of our deadlines [00:03:55] and uh [00:03:57] it should be this environmental review [00:04:00] should be finalized sometime after the [00:04:01] 5th of December that we
