[00:03:39] that it meets all of the requirements [00:03:41] for USDA [00:03:43] and we are also working on the easement [00:03:46] with the land trust right now [00:03:48] simultaneously so we don't fall back in [00:03:51] any of our deadlines [00:03:53] and uh [00:03:55] it should be this environmental review [00:03:57] should be finalized sometime after the [00:03:59] 5th of December that we've
