[00:19:04] Um, so two Fridays ago I had my first [00:19:07] Zoom meeting for the Massachusetts [00:19:09] Municipal Association Policy Committee [00:19:10] on Personnel and Labor Relations. Um, we [00:19:13] interviewed for another candidate for [00:19:14] the highway department. Um, that was [00:19:16] selected. So the board will vote on that [00:19:18] at your next meeting. [00:19:20] Um, going over performance evaluations [00:19:23] with department heads. They've all sent [00:19:25] them all but one department has sent me [00:19:27] their performance evaluations for their [00:19:29] staff. Um, so I've been reviewing them [00:19:31] before they go over them with their with [00:19:32] their staff. Um, the next is I'll be [00:19:35] working to do the department head ones [00:19:37] on present all that to uh the personnel [00:19:40] committee on the 28th um to kind of and [00:19:43] we can do it collaboratively. Okay, [00:19:46] great. [00:19:47] Um held a department head meeting where [00:19:50] Lieutenant Landine gave an Alice [00:19:51] training which is active shooter [00:19:53] training. Um he did a really great job. [00:19:55] I attended a library board of trustees [00:19:57] meeting where we discussed personnel [00:19:58] issues and budgetary concerns. Uh I [00:20:01] attended the townwide Narcan training [00:20:03] hosted by the Lesser Health Coalition at [00:20:04] Harvard Elementary School. [00:20:06] Um that was kind of organized um by [00:20:10] myself and my I he's like my partner in [00:20:12] crime, Dr. Mott. [00:20:14] Um he's amazing. So um we're going to [00:20:17] look to be doing providing more [00:20:18] trainings, free trainings and support to [00:20:21] the town. [00:20:23] attended the Massachusetts Municipal [00:20:24] Managers Association meeting on [00:20:26] providing emotional support to [00:20:27] individuals experiencing distress after [00:20:29] after traumatic events or difficult [00:20:31] situations. Um I started my renewal for [00:20:35] the Massachusetts um certification for [00:20:38] public purchasing that has to be done [00:20:39] every 3 years. Um so I'll be doing that [00:20:41] mostly this weekend. I will be buckled [00:20:43] down in my house uh getting that done so [00:20:46] I can get my renewal. [00:20:49] had my wear radio monthly interview and [00:20:51] now I didn't let you [00:20:53] know on purpose and I forgot about it or [00:20:56] I I was busy. [00:20:59] Um met with the building inspector and [00:21:01] select plane tanker on planning board [00:21:03] concerns. Um they have received a couple [00:21:06] um open meeting law complaints. So we're [00:21:08] looking to address that. Um I want to [00:21:11] recognize and this was written before [00:21:13] everything but I really want to [00:21:14] recognize Sarah Hunter for streamlining [00:21:17] and cleaning up the treasur's office. [00:21:19] Um, we have a clean path moving forward [00:21:20] with the new treasurer and it's and we [00:21:22] really owe her. Um, she's great. Yeah, [00:21:26] hands down. There could have been a a a [00:21:29] mess in that office and she really took [00:21:31] the time and was here till 10:00 at [00:21:33] night some nights. Um, making sure that [00:21:37] our treasure didn't walk into a [00:21:38] hornets's nest. Um, good. But I also [00:21:41] want to, which isn't on here, I want to [00:21:42] thank the town of Brutland and their [00:21:44] town administrator, Austin. [00:21:47] Um because Sarah's had some personal [00:21:48] stuff right now. Um the treasure [00:21:50] collector from Rutland is actually [00:21:52] coming in Thursday and Friday this week [00:21:54] to sit with Alyssa. Nice. Um, it was an [00:23:04] estimated $5 million project. [00:23:08] The sewer line to Eagle Hill, the sewer [00:23:11] line extension. It was on the 2014 [00:23:14] annual time. Oh, 14. You said 24 and I [00:23:16] was like 2014 and 2015. And and in that [00:23:20] article, it said it was it was an [00:23:23] estimated $5 million. Okay. Um and I was [00:23:26] just asking and and I've been asking, [00:23:28] but I haven't been able to find it or [00:23:29] receive it.
